Chinese Stir Fry from Kay

Canola oil in Wok
Add garlic (minced from jar)slightly brown
Add Bok Choy or any Vegatable
2 large swirls of light soy
1 small swirl dark soy
3 shakes of salt
Pinch of sugar
Stir down
